An Introduction

The room is plain on purpose. A rack, a platform, a few dumbbells, a clock on the wall. You will not find a smoothie bar or a television tuned to the news.

I train one client at a time. That means I watch every rep, I write every number down, and I remember what you did last Tuesday. If your knee was sore, we pick it up there.

Most folks who walk in have tried the big-box gyms and got lost in them. Here you are the only person on the floor. That is the whole idea.
